Spring Seasonal Simplicity Series

Today is the second week of The Happy Housie’s spring seasonal simplicity series. Last week we shared some fun spring DIY and craft ideas and this week is all about pretty spring decor! You can find lots of beautiful spring mantels and simple spring vignette ideas from some of my talented blogging friends to help bring that spring feeling to your home. You can find all of the links at the end of the post, so be sure to check them out!

Bunny Bar Easter Hot Chocolate Bar

If you’ve been around here for a while, you know how much I love a good hot chocolate bar! {You can find tons of hot chocolate bar ideas HERE.} We drink hot chocolate year round at our house and I always have fun coming up with different seasonal displays. Today it’s time for this year’s spring and Easter edition!

I love putting together seasonal beverage bars because they’re quick to put together and can be dressed up in so many different ways. I decided to create some new printable hot chocolate bar labels this year since I’ve been using my old ones for a few years now. I also made a new Easter hot chocolate bar print that you can display in a frame or mount onto a canvas.

For the hot chocolate ingredients, I just used some basic mason jars and dressed them up with these cute bamboo mason jar tops. I then printed and cut out the hot chocolate bar labels, punched a hole in the top, and attached them to the jars with some baker’s twine.

Hot Chocolate Bar Decor

For the rest of the bunny bar, I added a chalkboard and a bunny pitcher with some colorful tulips. And, of course, no bunny bar could be complete without some carrots!

I also found some cute Rae Dunn Easter mugs at Home Sense to use on our mug ladder. There were a couple of different designs available, but I went with the Hippity Hop. 🙂

Time to hop to it and create your own hot chocolate bar! It doesn’t have to be anything elaborate – even just a few jars and the printables would look cute!

Came over from Cheryl’s blog. How I love this darling hot cocoa bar. Bought some really cute things to decorate a hot cocoa bar and never did it. Maybe I can combine some of this cuteness with my decorations and finally make it happen.

Also, your confetti eggs couldn’t be more fun. I live in El Paso and the confetti eggs are HUGE here. Would like to make some of these for friends and family. They would eat them up, literally and figuratively.
    Happy EASTER!!
