Chocolate Mug Cake Recipe

Have you tried a mug cake before?  If you haven’t heard of them, they are basically individually sized desserts that you whip up in a mug in the microwave.  I know they’ve been around for a while now, but for whatever reason I’ve never tried making any until recently.  Let me tell you though – they are SO much fun!

This chocolate mug cake recipe is amazing!! Start to finish in 5 minutes!

They only take a few minutes to make, you can try a different recipe each night, and they help to control your portion size.  I have about ZERO willpower for resisting {multiple servings of} dessert so mug cakes are the perfect way for me to have my treat without going overboard.  And this chocolate mug cake recipe is SO good, it’s a good thing that it was portion controlled!

I absolutely love mug cake recipes! I tend to always have the ingredients around but never want to make a full cake…because I might eat a full cake! This is definitely getting saved for when that sweet tooth hits hard! Thanks for sharing 🙂
