Easter Bunny Sundaes

Easter comes really late this year, but now that the clocks have sprung forwards, I am ready for some spring fun!  I started to pull out a few of the Easter decorations today and thought that I would make up an early Easter treat for the boys too.

Super cute Easter bunny sundaes!

These Easter bunny sundaes are super easy to make – you just need to have your materials all prepped before you pull out the ice cream!

INGREDIENTS

  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Pretzel Sticks
  • Candy Eyes
  • Bananas
  • Red Fruit leather
  • Candy Nose {mine is a little Sweet Tarts ball that I got from Target}
  • Mini-Eggs {these are optional but who doesn’t love mini-eggs?}

Love these cute Easter bunny sundaes!DIRECTIONS

  • Allow the ice cream to soften slightly.  Mold into round balls with a flat bottom and smooth with a knife.  Wrap in cling wrap and place back in the freezer until hardened again.
  • Cut bananas in the shape of bunny ears and the fruit leather for the ear inserts.
  • Remove ice cream balls from the freezer.  Stick on eyes, nose, and whiskers.
  • Use toothpicks to attach the bunny ears and enjoy!

The boys’ bunnies also got drizzled in chocolate sauce but they didn’t look quite as cute!

These Easter Bunny Sundaes are SO cute!!
