Creamy Peppermint Punch

Ingredients

  • 8 cups vanilla ice cream softened
  • 1 cup half-and-half (10% milk fat)
  • 1 cup sparkling water, chilled
  • 1/2 tbsp peppermint extract
  • crushed candy canes

Instructions

  1. Place ice cream in punch bowl. Add in the half and half and sparkling water and mix until well combined. Add peppermint extract to taste.

  2. Pour into glasses and garnish with crushed candy canes.

Recipe Notes

Ice cream should be softened at room temperature for 5-10 minutes prior to making but not melted.
