The Inspiration Exchange Party Changes

Hey guys!  I’m sure that many of you were dropping by to link up your projects at this week’s Inspiration Exchange and are wondering where it went.  Well, my lovely co-hosts and I have decided that we wanted to change things up a bit.    I have been doing a weekly party for 2 1/2 years now and have discovered so many new and amazing blogs.  I have loved getting to know you all and really enjoy sharing all of your talents.  That being said, life is getting pretty busy.  I don’t just want to continue hosting a weekly party if I don’t have the time to actually read, pin, and share what you are linking up.  On the other hand, I can’t just shut things down….

So…our idea is to move to a monthly party format!  We really want this party to be a two way street.  We will be spending more time sharing, pinning and visiting all of your lovely blogs and we hope that you will be able to spend a little more time getting to know each other as well.  I have discovered that I really need to work on slowing things down a bit and get back to enjoying more of the process of blogging rather than just worrying about getting my next post up.  I have become so busy, that I no longer have time to read and connect with other blogs.  And I miss that. 🙁

So what’s the plan?

The Inspiration Exchange will continue on and I hope that you will all still stay with us through this transition.  We truly appreciate all of you taking the time to come out to the party and would hate to lose you.  We will be partying on the first Tuesday of every month so mark your calendars and get ready to enjoy a bit more of a laid back party vibe!

Since we are all working on getting to know each other better, we would also like to have a guest party hostess join us every month!  Each guest blogger, will have their blog highlighted, be able to contribute to our group Pinterest board {which we will be reviving!}, and have one of their projects featured in our monthly features post.  We are hoping that this will give us all a chance to connect, inspire, and encourage each other.
