Bunny Bars in a Jar: Mini-Egg Bars

Hey guys!  Today I am over at Whipperberry sharing these mini-egg bars.  I’m sure you know that anything made with mini-eggs has to be delicious, right? 🙂

Mini-Eggs Dessert Bars

Since these were so good, I thought that it would be nice to make them into a little Easter gift and came up with these Bunny Bars in a Jar.

Mini-Egg Dessert Bars. Package all of the ingredients up into a mason jar for a cute Easter gift idea! Free printables included.

Now anything in a mason jar is always fun to dress up.  I topped one of mine with a cupcake liner and some baker’s twine and decorated the other lid with some washi tape.

I also made a couple of  printables to share with you – there is a Bunny Bars label for the front {or top of your Mason jar} and an instruction label for the back.  I just printed them both out {in a A5 format so I could punch them with a 3 inch punch} and glued them together.  To fit the label for the top of the jar, I printed it out as a 5×7.

Even with the kids at their grandparents for a few days, the bunny bars did not last long around here!  Don’t forget to head over to Whipperberry to grab the recipe and you might just want to make two batches! 😉

This is adorable and I am sure they are yummy! Thanks for a great idea. I can’t wait to try this.

However, your link does not lead to the bunny eggs and a search at Whippersnapper does not find Bunny Eggs. What’s the deal?

Just clarifying ingredients for the bunny bars… Is baking soda or baking powder supposed to be used. Both are mentioned interchangeably in the post . Thanks

Ah! Thanks so much for the catch! It’s baking POWDER! I’ll change it in the post. 🙂

The recipe STILL states both Baking Powder aned Baking Soda in different places.
Also does not mention adding eggs. I added with butter and vanilla.

Hmmm…I’m not sure why it is still showing up as baking soda. I did correct it and it is showing up as corrected on the dashboard. I’ll contact Heather from Whipperberry and see if she knows how to change it. Sorry about that! And, yes, you can just add the eggs with the butter and vanilla. I tried to correct that too! 😉
