Ingredients

  • 2 cups 7-Up, chilled I prefer to use 7-up Zero as it's a little less sweet but you can really use any lemon-lime soda.
  • 2 cups cranberry or cran-raspberry cocktail, chilled I used the "lite" version.
  • 3 scoops raspberry or other pink colored sherbet or frozen yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened orange juice, chilled This is optional but I find it cuts down the sweetness the perfect amount.
  • garnish of choice (orange slices, pomegranate seeds, fresh cranberries, raspberries, etc.) optional

Instructions

  1. Scoop frozen yogurt into punch bowl or other large serving dish.

  2. Add 7-up and juices. Mash sherbet with a potato masher or fork to break it up. Do not completely mix.

  3. Add any extra garnishes of your choice such as fresh cranberries, raspberries, orange slices or pomegranate seeds. You can also top with a couple of extra scoops of the sherbet if you would like.

  4. Serve chilled.
