Reindeer Soda Bottles

Hey everyone!  I hope you are all enjoying your weekend.  While the rest of my family is spending the weekend out in Vancouver for a variety of fun Christmas activities, I am stuck at home with a bad case of the flu.  I am always known for my fabulous timing! {and yes, I am feeling a little sorry for myself!}

Since I can only stay up for short periods of time, I will keep this post short and sweet with these cute reindeer soda bottles {idea from here}

Cute reindeers sodas! These would make a fun class treat or neighbour gift!
We made these for Matthew’s classmates for the last day of school but they would also make cute neighbor gifts or would be a fun way to dress up a kids’ Christmas table!

Materials

  • brown pipe cleaners
  • google eyes
  • red pom poms
  • glue {I used Quick Grip}
  • bakers twine
  • jingle bells
  • tags {I downloaded mine from here}

Take your pipe cleaner and wrap it around the top of your bottle.  Using wire cutters, cut some smaller pieces of pipe cleaner and wrap them around the top of the pipe cleaners for the antlers {sorry I don’t have pictures!}

Cute reindeer sodas! Great idea for a class treat or neighbour gift!
Glue on the eyes and nose.  Add a tag and the jingle bells with the baker’s twine.  If you wanted to dress the reindeer up a bit more, you could also add some yarn around them to keep them warm!

Cute reindeer sodas! These would make a fun class treat or neighbour gift!
Okay, back to bed for me!  I hope your Christmas preparations are going well!
