These tasty frozen treats are easy to whip up and perfect for a summer day!
Ingredients
1½ cups crushed chocolate wafers
⅓ cup melted butter
cookies 'n cream ice cream
Cool Whip
strawberries
Instructions
Place the cookie wafers in a Zip Lock bag. Mix the crumbs and the melted butter.
Lightly spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray. Press crumbs into the bottom and sides of the tin {I made 8 pies with a little left over that we ended up sprinkling on top}. Freeze for 1 hour.
Let your ice cream soften slightly and spoon into the shells, smoothing the surface.
Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 2-3 hours.
Just before serving, add some Cool Whip and top with a strawberry.
