It’s so hard to believe that it is August already! I seem to say this every summer, but I just can’t believe how fast it is going! Back to school is just around the corner and I always tend to get that “organization itch” at this time of year.  It is the perfect time to tackle the kids’ rooms and hopefully create a little organization amidst all of that back to school chaos!

For those of you following along on The Household Organization Diet, here is my list for the month…

You can download the above To Do list HERE or a blank August To Do list HERE.

Since we are currently in Mexico, I won’t be getting a start on my To Do list until a little later in the month, but here some organization ideas to get you started…

The Ikea Expedits {or other cube storage systems} are another great way to use bins for storage and still have some open spaces for display.

Such wonderful ideas! I keep thinking one day I’ll have all my boys things organized, but I haven’t quite gotten there yet. Slowly but surely, I guess. Thanks so much for the round up of ideas. I love them all! Have a great day!

Awesome…. household organization tips!!! I love to organize because if things are properly organized then there comes no problem. Like if things are placed at their proper storage place then when there is a need of that particular item then it is easy to find. I have got some new tips for my organizing process. Thanks for such great post.
