Healthy Summer Snacks

Summer is the perfect time to get your kids into a healthy eating routine. With all of the fresh fruits and vegetables available, it’s not hard to put together a fun and tasty summer snack. Summer smoothies and popsicles are easy to make without all of the added sugar and it can be lots of fun creating your own custom flavors.  And, of course, adding a stick to anything always makes it more fun to eat!
