Since tomorrow is a stat holiday for us {it is Family Day here in B.C.}, we are going to be having an early Valentine's Day breakfast. During the regular work week, time in the morning is at an absolute premium and I barely have enough time to get breakfast ready as it is. I still want to make something on Valentine's Day though so here is a quick and easy Valentine's Day breakfast that you can whip up in no time!
I just put some frozen waffles in the toaster, used a cookie cutter to cut out a heart shape in one of the waffles, and filled it in with raspberries. I then sliced up some apples and used another heart shaped cookie cutter to cut those out as well. Add a little sprinkling of chocolate and you are good to go!
And, of course, everything tastes better with a little bit of whipped cream too!
It is a quick and easy easy to show your love to your kiddos!
Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

I love the thought of cutting out the center to create the heart waffle. Filling it with the berries is just so yummy but beautiful. Great work. Jodi @ www.meaningfulmama.com
