Lately, I have been dreaming of Spring. The promise of warmer weather, sunny days, and fresh blooms.
Unfortunately I wake up and it is cold, wet, and, yes, even snowy. I think I have a case of the Winter Blues. So what is a girl to do? A little Spring retail therapy of course!
On my lunch hour, I popped into Safeway to pick up a little snack {my other pick me up!}. And I found this little vase that totally made me smile. The colors just scream Spring!! Now why didn't I think of wrapping some fabric around a vase?
I added some pussy willows {which I also love} to give it a little more height and it was perfect for the corner in my bathroom. Did you know that pussy willows will last forever if you just don't put them in water? Maybe I'm the only one who didn't know that....
Come on Spring! We're waiting for you!

Safeway, as in the GROCERY store? This vase looks like it might have come from Anthropologie or an expensive boutique!
If I had a Safeway in my town I'd be throwing on my coat and running out the door to grab one.
