Last year I bought a glitter crow when all of the Halloween decor went on clearance. When I pulled him out of one of the storage bins this year, I realized the poor guy needed a little house. Here he is in his happy new home!
It definitely can get a little rainy in these parts {and I can't be bothered to bring things in when the rain comes} so most of my outdoor decor items end up looking like this.
This one was headed for the garbage after I cracked a couple of the glass inserts. But then I remembered my homeless crow and decided to make him a new house.
I removed all of the glass inserts, spray painted the lantern black, and added some ribbon and a sticker. I then filled it with a little Spanish moss, a pine cone, and a couple of pumpkins.
I now have a happy crow. Have a great weekend!

I love how you transformed the lantern and made a wonderful home for the crow. A great decoration idea for the holiday.
Very classic looking, just like on the early eras when everything was beautiful, clean and elegant!
