Love Juice

Hey everyone!  Just a quick post as I take a little break from getting ready for Connor's Valentine's party tomorrow.  I am getting tired of seeing ugly pictures of my basement every time I bring up my blog.  I need to get something cute up here!

I saw a post for Love Juice over at Tatertots and Jello {it was a guest posting from Kalleen from At Second Street} and thought it was a great idea.  I am a big fan of easy, fast projects especially when they look so sweet! So here is my version of Love Juice:

Here's what you'll need:

  • bottled water
  • single serving juice packets such as Kool-aid or Crystal Light
  • ribbon
  • self-adhesive labels fro the Love Juice tag {you could always just cut and paste regular paper for this}
  • double sided tape
  • glue
  • small hole punch
  • circle tags.  Mine are from the party kit I purchased from Moo Moos and Tutus.

HOW TO:
  • Remove the label from your water bottle and use it as a template to cut out a strip of scrapbook paper.  Adhere it with a little glue and a strip of double sided tape where the ends meet up.
  • Punch or cut out a circle embellishment for the front of your bottle and adhere it with glue.  A heart would be cute too.
  • For the Love Potion tag, I printed out self adhesive labels that I already had on hand.  You could always just print it out on cardstock and cut and paste.
  • Punch a small hole in the top of the juice packet and attach it to the water bottle with ribbon.

I better be off to continue with party preparations.  I hope you all have a fabulous night!
